After hearing the feedback for my hook concepts, I summed up the scores and divided them by the number of entries to get the average of each. Concept 1: For this concept, I had to add more details in comparison to the other ones, as it is more difficult to understand on paper. I also made a second, more complex version (shown at the top right of the image). I was going for something following a checkered retro style, and ended up adding some extra parts in order to give it structure and actually connect all of its parts. Due to it being hollow on the back (as illustrated), it would be easy to hang on a wall. Concept 2: For this concept, I went for something playful, and can be used both as decoration and a hook. Perhaps it could even be placed next to an umbrella stand! I also experimented with different cover lengths, as seen above.
